The purpose of this Agreement is to indemnify and hold harmless, the organizers, guides, landowners, or any affiliated individuals or organizations from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or damages, including legal fees, arising from participating in events organized by LOOPPEE (UEN:53469414D).

Please read and be certain you understand the terms and implications of joining LOOPPEE activities and events.

1. Assumption of Risks: I acknowledge that the event involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, injuries, and encounters with wildlife. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the event.

2. Fitness and Preparation: I certify that I am physically fit and adequately prepared to participate in the event. I understand the demands of the event and have undertaken necessary preparations, including proper hydration, nutrition, and suitable attire.

3. Compliance with Rules and Regulations: I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event organizers and guides. I understand that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in my exclusion from the event.

4. Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the organizers, guides, landowners, or any affiliated individuals or organizations for any liability, claims, demands, actions, or damages arising from my participation in the event.

5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, guides, landowners, or any affiliated individuals or organizations from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or damages, including legal fees, arising from my actions or negligence during the event.

6. Medical Treatment Authorization: In the event of an emergency, I authorize the organizers or their representatives to obtain medical treatment for me if deemed necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

7. Photography and Media: I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for marketing, promotional or informational purposes by the organizers or affiliated parties.

8. Travel Insurance: I acknowledge that travel insurance is mandatory and will purchase personal travel insurance to cover any accident, medical expense, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation and insolvency of the travel agency.
